FUNDRAISING

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies has an Annual Auction Fundraiser every spring to help raise funds to help support our programs and projects. This year's auction was on Friday, February 29, 2008 at the Great Northern Best Western Hotel, Helena, MT. The auction consists of a live and silent auction, a Quick Draw with guest and featured artists. Awards are presented to outstanding supporters of HMHB and their commitment to Montana's children and families.

The Founder's Award recognizes individuals in Montana who have made significant contributions to the health of mothers, children and families. The 2008 Founder's Award was presented to Evan Smalley for his philanthropic efforts, commitment and dedication to Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies - the Montana Coalition and his efforts to improve the health, safety and well-being of Montana's children, families and communities.

The Ken Moore Community Service Award was presented to Betty Hidalgo, RN for her commitment and dedication to improving the health, safety and well-being of Montana's children, families, and communities during the 2008 Auction.
